At CCBC, as in most Baptist churches, the Ministers, the Leadership Team and all groups operating within the life of the Church, and their leaders, are accountable to the Church Vision Meeting. All members and friends are welcome at this meeting which is held on Wednesdays 7.30 for 8pm.

In the context of Christian worship and prayer, we review the life of the Church and seek God’s heart for the future. Proposals that will affect the life of the Church are prayerfully considered, and a vote of Church Members will be taken on aspects of major importance.

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in April, we worship God for all he is doing in the life of the church and commit the vision for the future. At this meeting Church Members will elect Deacons, receive and ratify the Annual Accounts and approve the budget for the forthcoming year.
